The Chianti Private Estate Woodvale Residential Development will commence its pre-selling stage approximately in the late 2009s. The development will consist of around 213 lots with sizes varying from 306 sqm to 540sqm and price starting from $300ks to $400ks.

So far, 26 lots (as display home lots and car park lots) have been sold to display builders and investors to support the Chianti Display Village.
