1st coat of ashpalt seal is now on the roads, we continue to move towards our PC date. Curbs will now be installed with all services being backfilled. This will allow all lots to be levelled.

Photos - Limestone base for the roads has now been laid, internal road should be finished by the end of February as part of the practical completions schedule for the end of March
